My GutIQ provides informational tools to help users log food, symptoms, and personalized food-related insights.
Not medical advice
My GutIQ is not a medical device, doctor, emergency service, or diagnostic tool. The app does not replace professional medical advice.
Emergency and allergy warning
Do not rely on My GutIQ in emergencies or for severe allergy decisions. Always verify labels, ingredients, and allergen information independently.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Age requirement
My GutIQ is intended for adults. You may not create an account or use My GutIQ if you are under 18.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app store. Trial terms, pricing, scan limits, renewal timing, and cancellation terms are shown in the app and store listing.
Exports and sharing
If you choose to export or share your data, you control that action. My GutIQ is not responsible for third-party handling after you share data externally.
Availability and liability
My GutIQ is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent allowed by law. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Website, cookies, and optional analytics
When you use My GutIQ on the web or browse our marketing website, cookies or similar technologies may be used as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional measurement, such as web analytics or mobile app analytics, is separate from your in-app account agreement: it is offered only with consent where required and does not replace or override the Terms regarding how you use the My GutIQ product. Your required checkboxes at sign-up govern your account, health-related processing, and core service use—not optional analytics.
Health-data consent
My GutIQ requires health-data processing consent to provide personalized scan, logging, and insight features. You can withdraw that consent in Profile > Privacy settings. If you withdraw it, My GutIQ will stop future health-data processing for core features until you consent again or delete your account.
